Woodfield is a warm and welcoming neighborhood, in North East Lake (Pinellas County). The median home price is approximately $250,000.
You can find Woodfield on the East side of McMullen Booth Rd. (East Lake Rd.). Just North of Forelock, and just South of Keystone Rd. (Tarpon Ave.).
When you enter Woodfield you be sure to find, families walking along the tree lined sidewalks, joggers, children riding bicycles, people walking their dogs. The smiling and welcoming neighborhood, will immediately make you feel at home.
I have quite an affinity for this neighborhood. When I moved down here from NY, I was warmly welcomed by all of my neighbors. I am still close friends with all of them 8 years later.
My son went to Brooker Creek Elementary from kindergarten to 5th grade. I could not have asked for a better experience for him or us as parents
