Really Inspirational Story

So today was a WONDERFUL day!
I was meeting with a client that I had met via the internet. Showing her homes in a WONDERFUL family neighborhood (Woodfield). We immediately connected. One of the homes we were looking at was her absolute dream home. Perfect layout, pool, great price, etc! She and her daughter were (are) soooo excited.
Here's why I loooove what I do...my client is a single Mom and this is her 1st home. She's worked her entire life for this, and I am truly blessed to be a part of it! She has not only accomplished her dream, but the best part is she is such a strong example of strength for her daughter! THAT is priceless!
Hopefully we will close in a month or so. My client will have the home of her dreams, and her daughter will ALWAYS know that ANYTHING is possible!

The Warmth of Woodfield

Woodfield is a warm and welcoming neighborhood, in North East Lake (Pinellas County). The median home price is approximately $250,000.

You can find Woodfield on the East side of McMullen Booth Rd. (East Lake Rd.). Just North of Forelock, and just South of Keystone Rd. (Tarpon Ave.).

When you enter Woodfield you be sure to find, families walking along the tree lined sidewalks, joggers, children riding bicycles, people walking their dogs. The smiling and welcoming neighborhood, will immediately make you feel at home.
I have quite an affinity for this neighborhood. When I moved down here from NY, I was warmly welcomed by all of my neighbors. I am still close friends with all of them 8 years later.
My son went to Brooker Creek Elementary from kindergarten to 5th grade. I could not have asked for a better experience for him or us as parents
